心肌灌注显像
Myocardial perfusion imaging
原理
静脉注射的心肌灌注显像剂,或通过钠-钾-ATP的主动转运,如 201Tl,或通过单纯的跨膜弥散,如99mTc-MIBI,被正常心肌细胞摄取。局部心肌细胞摄取显像剂的多少与局部心肌血流灌注量呈正相关,通过显像观察局部心肌放射性分布和运动的变化,可对心肌的血流、功能、室壁运动、活力等进行评价。
Thallium is actively transported into myocardial tissue by the sodium-potassium adenosine triphosphate system (Na+-K+ ATPase). 99mTc-MIBI (hexakis-2-methoxyisobutylisonitrile) is a lipophilic pound. The initial myocardial distribution of thallium and 99mTc-MIBI are proportional to myocardial blood flow. So perfusion imaging is usually employed to detect the presence of myocardial ischemia and determine its location and extent.
