文档介绍:北京林业大学本科毕业论文 I A 公司人才储备方案设计人力资源管理 XXXXX 指导教师汪雯摘要随着知识经济时代的到来, 人才资源已成为企业内最重要的资源, 人才储备也逐渐成为企业人力资源规划的重要内容。A 公司是我国典型的中小型民营企业, 随着公司业务的迅速上涨, 人才资源的储备不足逐渐成为企业发展的瓶颈。该公司人才储备不足的现状是目前我国中小型企业的典型代表,本文以 A 公司企业个案为研究对象,运用了文献分析法、调查问卷法和定量分析法,对 A 企业人力资源管理工作的问题进行诊断,并在此基础上进行人力资源需求和供给预测,最后根据企业人才储备的目标,从企业内部和外部两方面出发,在为 A 公司量身设计出了一套人才储备方案的同时, 也力求为其他中小型企业的人才储备方案设计提供借鉴意义。关键词:人才储备,A 科技有限公司, 方案设计北京林业大学本科毕业论文 II P ersonnel Planning P roject D esign inC ompany A Hu man Re sources Ma nagement XX XXX Supervisor Wang Wen Abstract With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, human resources have e the most important resource within the enterprise. At the same time, personnel planning have e a major part of the enterprise human resources planning. pany is the typical small and medium private enterprises. With the rapid rise in business, human resources inadequate reserves gradually e enterprise development bottleneck. At present, the actuality of the lack of human resources pany A is the type among small and medium enterprises. This article will take case pany A for study. The methods that used are literature analysis method 、 questionnaire and quantitative analysis. At the beginning, the author had analyzed the sticking point of the human resources management pany A, based on which she forecasted the demand and supply of human resources. In the end ,the author base her opinions on the aim of personnel reserve and the actuality pany A from inside and outside ,then design a measuring schemes of personnel reserve. T he author wants to offer some help for other enterprises which want to design schemes of personnel reserve too.
