摘要
陶瓷抛光砖作为一种复合多晶材料,种类繁多,成分复杂,具有耐磨、高硬度、薄脆和耐热冲击性差等特点,金刚石工具作为加工陶瓷砖的一种非常重要的工具,在抛光生产线上被广泛应用,,由于金刚石工具在使用的过程中存在易磨损,脱落等问题,所以为了能系统研究金刚石工具,希望有一台多功能试验机能够进行大量的实验。
本设计根据已有的磨削实验机传动系统,动力系统等的基本数据和二维图纸进行三维建模模拟仿真,使用Pro/ENGINEER软件模拟仿真组合实验机床动作。包括四个部分,磨边轮机组,锯切机组,滚筒机组和工作台机组,通过模拟仿真使机床每个功能都可以独立演示,把机床的动作表达清楚。

The process of machining ceramic tile with Diamond-tool simulation simulation
Abstract
Diamond-tool is extensively used on the polishing production-line,as an important tool of machining polished ceramic tiles. As pound polycrystalline material,polished ceramic tiles have the characteristics of wide variety of kind, ponent,wear resistance,high hardness and brittleness (very thin piece).as a grinding edge of ceramic tiles tool on the polishing production-line, diamond cup wheel is important.
This article describes the use of Pro/ENGINEER simulate the action of ceramic tile machine . The action include four parts:Including sawing nits, milling round units,
Drum units and table units . In this paper, I would make the three-dimensional modeling for the ceramic tile machine according with the transmission system and the basic data . Than make each function of the machine tool can be demonstrated independent and make every-action lightly with the Pro/ENGINEER simulation module .
