汕头大学硕士学位论文家电企业利益相关者利益满足水平与企业价值的相关性研究摘要家电行业在国民经济中占有相当重要的地位,其发展关系到的提高,关系到我国工业化的健康发展,同时家电产品大量出口,又影响到我国对外贸易的发展。本文依据利益相关者理论,从不同利益相关者利益满足程度的视角来研究我。目前,利益相关者理论在企业价值领域的研究并未形成一个系统化的理论体系,由于所选择的变量、研究方法和样本上的的差异,结论也不尽相同。此外,利益相关者理论进入我国的时间也不长,国内研究也大都存在样本少、区间短的问题,利益相关者理论的说服力于是更显不足。因而,对利益相关者理论在企业价值领域做进一步探讨具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章首先是文献的回顾。对利益相关者进行界定和分类,概括出不同利益相关者有哪些不同的利益要求,分析了利益相关者理论在企业绩效方面研究的发展历程和成果。在理论分析的基础上,提出研究假设,建立模型。然后以23家国内A股上市的家电制造企业为样本,从其1998-2008年的年报中提取数据进行分析。实证结果表明:本文选取的代表不同利益相关者利益满足水平的变量,能够与企业价值变量建立起相关关系,且通过模型的检验,企业价值可以由企业的各利益相关者的利益满足水平来衡量。从企业价值增值方面来说,各利益相关者的满足程度对于企业价值增值的贡献是不相同的,即家电企业对各利益相关者的投入产出效率不同。因此家电企业对于不同利益相关者的满足水平存在着不合理现象,企业可以通过调整不同利益相关者的利益满足水平来进一步提升企业价值。在总结分析实证结果的基础上,文章最后得出相应的研究启示。关键词:家电业利益相关者利益满足企业价值 I

At the same time a large number of household appliances export could affect the development of China'
s foreign trade. This paper is to study the value of public listed household electric appliance enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders under the guidance of Stakeholder Theory, and further to discuss the possibility of improving value of enterprises through adjusting the level of different stakeholder’s satisfaction. Presently, the stakeholder theory in the area of value of enterprise hasn’t been systemized. The results are different due to selected variables, methods of research and different samples. Plus, the stakeholder theory was introduced to our country not long ago and hasn’t been widely recognized. The Study at home has the issue of not enough samples and very short time span. Thus, the research under the stakeholder theory to further explore the value of enterpri
