文档介绍：摘要目前,全国各地建设陆港物流园区的方案不断出台,甚至一个地区规划建设数个陆港物流园区,这显然不利于其健康发展。因此,明确是什么条件和内在动力促使陆港物流园区的形成,理顺陆港物流园区的形成机理就显得尤为迫切。本文以物流集成化理论为主旨,应用系统分析法以及数据分析法等方法,总结分析相关理论,提出一般陆港物流园区的形成机理以及发展三段论。全文从陆港的概念入手,逐层递进,分析阐述了陆港、陆港物流、陆港物流园区的概念和特点等基本要点,为陆港物流园区形成机理深入研究奠定了理论基础。紧接着将陆港物流园区的形成机理分成形成动因与形成条件两部分进行深入研究,通过数据分析和理论总结,力求研究结论论证充分,提出陆港物流园区形成机理“四动因、三条件’’理论。同时,结合陆港物流园区发展现状,借鉴国内外海港物流园区的发展过程,作者从陆港物流功能不断完善的角度出发,将陆港物流园区的发展分为三个阶段:依港(海港)建港(陆港);依港(陆港)建区;区港(陆港)协同,以期实现陆港物流园区的阶段化、有序化发展。最后,针对西北地区经济、物流和陆港物流发展现状,以西安国际港务区作为实例进行研究,力求为其它地区的陆港物流园区规划建设提供现实指导。关键词:陆港物流园区、形成机理、交易成本 Abstract At present,the building of inland port logistics park programs continuously introduced throughout our country,and even aregional plan and construct several ones, which obviously not propitious tothehealthy development ofinland we must known what kind ofconditions and inherent power topromote research ofmechanism to the forming about advanced inland port logistics park is particularly urgent.
