文档介绍：I 白碗窑镇政府公务用车管理系统的分析与设计 II 摘要车辆管理系统是立足于当前白碗窑镇车辆管理工作的实际,为提高机关公务车辆管理工作的高效性,加快和保障车辆改革工作的顺利进行,采用先进的设计理念和开发技术建立的一套管理信息系统。本管理系统的目标是实现对车辆申请、调度、查询、维护工作全过程的管理,从而提高车辆管理工作的效率和监管力度。本文在对白碗窑镇公务车管理工作进行了详细的需求调研之后,从需求分析开始,完成了系统的架构设计和详细设计,并最终将系统实现为包括车辆调度、油料供应管理、车辆维护保养、交通事故处理、驾驶员管理等几个模块的、基于 C/S 结构的信息管理系统。本文论述了系统开发的背景和车辆管理系统的研究现状,从需求分析方面对系统需求管理的工作进行了阐述,阐明了系统需要解决的主要问题。在系统设计阶段,从架构设计开始,建立了系统的功能架构,然后再详细设计部分论述了系统各个模块的基本功能和实现方式。本文的研究不但有助于实现机关车辆管理信息的组织化、体系化和数字化, 并在全面实现车辆管理的信息化增强车管工作科学性和管理水平基础上,实现车辆管理工作的高效化、低成本化,加快和保障车辆改革工作的顺利进行,具有重要的实际意义。关键词:车辆管理系统,车辆改革,车辆维护 III Abstract Vehicle management system isbased onthe current actual white bowl kiln town vehicle management ,toimprove the efficiency ofthe management authority ofofficial vehicles ,accelerate reform and ensure the smooth working ofthe vehicle ,the use ofadvanced design and development techniques toestablish aset ofmanagement information systems. The objective ofthis management system istoachieve the vehicle application , scheduling ,query ,maintenance and management ofthe whole process ,thus improving efficiency and vehicle management supervision work. Based onthe dialogue Wanyao town official vehicle management carried out adetailed investigation after demand ,from requirements analysis , architecture design pletion ofthe detailed design ofthe system , and ultimately realize the system toinclude vehicle scheduling ,fuel supply management ,vehicle maintenance ,traffic accident ,driver management ,and several other modules ,based onC/Sstructure of information management systems. This article discusses the background research status ofsystem development and vehicle management systems ,from requirements analysis aspects ofthe work ofthe management system requirements are described toclarify the main issues need tobesolved. Inthe system design phase , beginning from architecture design ,the establishment ofafunctional architecture ofthe system ,and then detailed design section discusses the basic function ofeach module systems and implementat
