经济欠发达地区旅游扶贫效应评估
——以河南省为例

摘要:与我国东部沿海经济发达地区相比,广大的中西部地区尚属于经济欠发达地区,无论是经济发展水平还是经济发展速度都比较落后。其中,河南省地处我国中部,是全国第一人口大省,农业在国民经济中所占比例较高,经济落后,贫困人口较多,人均GDP,城乡居民收入在全国排名中均居后,是全国范围内扶贫任务较重的一个省份。虽然经济欠发达,但河南省旅游资源丰富,通过依托当地独特的自然人文资源发展旅游业是一项有效的扶贫策略。本文以河南省为例,对当地的旅游业在促进河南省脱贫致富方面的效应进行评估,结果表明河南省旅游业在促进国内生产总值、扩大就业以及调整产业结构方面具有重要作用。
