文档介绍：硕士论文长垣民生村镇银行建设项目的后评估研究摘要项目后评估是项目管理的重要内容之一,本文结合项目后评估有关理论和方法对长垣民生村镇银行建设项目进行后评估研究。在对研究背景和研究意义进行简单介绍之后,本文对国内外项目后评估的相关研究进行了归纳与综述,然后对项目后评估方法进行了介绍,最后,结合长垣民生村镇银行建设项目运行半年来的实践,结合自己对长垣民生村镇银行建设项目的前期工作、项目筹建、筹建后经营管理情况等进行了广泛实际调查和研究,采用定性和定量相结合、前后对比、专家评分等方法,从项目的立项决策、规划设计、工期进度、经费预算、项目效益、项目运营管理等不同方面进行多角度全方位的后评估研究。研究表明,该项目各个阶段工作进展顺利,达到了前期的设计要求,产生了良好的经济和社会效益,该项目的建设是合理和成功的。关键词: 村镇银行项目项目后评估前后对比法 ABSTRACT Project evaluationis allimportant part ofproject paper is tocarry out thepost-assessment researches tothe construction projects ofChangyuan Minsheng Rural Bank bining thetheories andmethods ofevaluation.
