T o observe the analgesic ef fe ct about abdom i nal needle treatment m i xed hem o rrboids after operation . Methods: After selection m i xed hem o rrboids after operation, the ache 60 exam ples, we divided into the group abdom inal needle treatm ent and anodyne tablets, each group had 30 patie nts. Abdom i nal needle treatment group:acupuncture was given at main points, Zhongwan(shallo wneedling),Qihai(deep needing),Guan yuan(deep needing). Auxiliary acupuncture point wae Shuifen(sha llow needing).Assistance acupuncture point were Fengshidian under Qihai(shallow needing) and T i anshu(middle needing). Anodyne tabl ets group:oral ,two the visual analog scale(V A S) to eval uate the ache ,we observed two group of pain degree and the analgesi c ef fect in 23 hours then observed com p lication and adverse reaction after operation. 7 Results: Analgesic ef fect between tuo groups ,the V A S score of each patient was recorded at 1, 3, 5
