文档介绍：重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要在国家加大产业结构调整力度,加速产业升级换代的宏观大背景下,作为生产性服务业的现代物流业越来越受到政府及企业的重视。现代信息技术的飞速发展,物联网技术的逐步推广应用,将打破传统物流业中仓储、运输、信息服务条块分割的现状,构架起包括流通加工、配送等多种业务于一体的智能化、信息化平台,加速以采购、生产、流通、消费一体化为特征的现代物流业的发展,提高综合经济效益。现代物流业已成为降低资源消耗、提高劳动生产率之外企业的第三利润源泉。物流园区是发展现代物流业的主要载体,也是现代物流业的一个重要方向。物流园区在国外已经发展了几十年,但引入我国的时间还较短,在我国各个地区发展也不均衡,尽管有国外成熟的经验可以借鉴,毕竟物流园区的规划建设是一个巨大的系统工程,建设运营过程难免不会出现一些问题。物流园区的盲目建设问题,一直伴随着我国物流业的发展,因此积极推进物流园区的规划研究具有重要意义。本文以实际项目为背景,在介绍国内外物流园区发展概况的基础上,综述了物流园区规划的相关理论。详细分析了A市的经贸交通环境、区位优势及建设物流园区的产业支撑,并对其物流业发展现状进行归纳,阐述了规划建设物流园区的必要性。在分析国内物流量需求及需求结构的后,利用A市历年经济指标数据, 运用二次抛物线和二元线性回归分析统计模型对A市的货运量需求进行测算,以此论述了园区建设的可行性。结合A市的实际情况,对园区的选址和功能进行了规划设计,并着重对一些主要的作业流程进行了流程设计,提出了园区布局规划建议,针对园区建设期的环境保护提出对策措施,最后对建设运营模式进行了分类比较,寻求适合A市实际情况的运营模式。通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,可以为物流园区的规划建设提供较为准确的理论依据和指导,对同类物流园区的规划具有积极的现实指导意义。关键词:物流园区,需求预测,功能规划,运营模式 ABSTRACT At present,the wh01eco咖 isstrengthening the adjustment of industnal stmcture elerating theindustrial thebackground,as aproductivity service industry,modem logistics isgetting more and more emphasis打om the promoting theapplication of therapid development ofmodem inlbnnation technology,Intemet ofThingstechnology,will break the status quo ot fragmentation of the traditional logistics industry,warehousing,transportatlon, services,including distributionprocessing,distribution and other business in one ofintelligence and from theframework ofinformation technologyplatform to accelerate theprocurement,production,distribution,and consumption ofintegration 1s characterized by thedevelopment ofmodem logistics industry,improve overall economic modem logistics industry e to reduce resource consumption,improve laborproductivity panies otherthan thethirdprofit SOurce.
