作为重要的环境污染物,甲苯和CO的消除对于环境和工业生产,如气体净化、安全保障等方面,有着极为重要的意义。其中,催化燃烧是一种简单且行之有效的脱除办法。CuO作为催化剂活性组分在催化甲苯和CO燃烧中具有很高的催化活性。
以天然凹凸棒粘土为载体,采用沉积-沉降法制备出负载CuO的负载型CuO/Attapulgite (CuO/APT) 催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、TEM和N2-sorption等手段对所制备的催化剂结构性能进行表征,并在连续流动微反-色谱装置上考察其催化甲苯和CO燃烧的催化性能。结果表明:所制备的CuO/APT催化剂具有纤维状一维纳米结构、比表面积高、活性组份纳米氧化铜在载体表面分散均匀,并且该催化剂具有优异的催化甲苯和CO燃烧性能。

Abstract
As an important environmental pollutants, the elimination of toluene and CO for the environment and industrial production, such as gas cleaning, security, etc., have very important significance. Among them, the bustion is a simple and effective removal method. CuO as the catalyst ponent in bustion of toluene and CO has a high catalytic activity.
Natural Fiber-like attapulgite (APT) clay was used as support and loading copper oxide by deposition-precipitation method for preparing CuO/APT catalysts. The obtained products were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, TEM and N2-sorption techniques. Their catalytic performance for toluene and bustion was studied by using the microreactor-GC system, indicating interesting catalytic activity parable to the previously reported metal oxide supported CuO catalysts. Because the APT clay is much inexpensive and easy available, this APT supported CuO catalyst system is significant on the viewpoint of applications for toluene and bustion.
