家庭情绪表达影响学龄前儿童的社会适应行为和情绪调节策略,对学龄前儿
童有着深刻的影响。本研究采用整群抽样方法,以河北省廊坊市某 5 所公立及私
立幼儿园的学龄前儿童为研究对象(n=183),考察学龄前儿童家庭情绪表达与其
社会适应性为、情绪调节策略三者之间的关系。
通过研究得出以下结论:

Abstract
Abstract
Social adaptation and emotion regulation are interpersonal abilities, which are
important to one’s personality and mental health. Family is the main growing place
for children. Parental emotional expressivity can affect preschoolers’ emotion
regulation, and also influence their adaptive behavior.
This research investigated 183 children whose ages were 3 to 5 years old, and tried to
find the relationship between parental emotional expressivity, emotion regulation and
social adaptative behavior. The results indicated that (1) Preschoolers’ emotion
regulation strategy and adaptive behavior had significant difference on age and
gender. (2) Parental emotional expressivity had effect on Preschoolers’ emotion
regulation strategy. (3) Parental emotional expressivity had no effect on preschooler’s
adaptive behavior. (4) Preschoolers’ emotion regulation strategy
is associated with their adaptive behavior.
