文档介绍:摘要无线供电技术(WPT)是一种新型的电能传输技术,它摆脱了传统供电方式,而采用无线的方式为用电设备提供电力。WPT有两大特点:一是让电器与电源完全分离,使电器在安全性、灵活性、密封性、美观性等方面的表现更好;二是WPT可以透过所有非金属物质来传递电力,如水、空气、木材、塑料、玻璃甚至土壤等。因此可以实现隔物供电,这是有线供电无法做到的。本文首先介绍了无线供电的基本理论,重点介绍了磁耦合方案; 其次对非接触式电能传输系统的关键部件松耦合变压器的实现结构进行了分析,并在常规变压器数学模型的基础上推导出松耦合变压器的数学模型,导出其关键参数的计算方法;为了获得最大的电能传输效率,我们对松耦合变压器的原、副边相对位置进行了ANSYS数学仿真,找出了变压器结构与电能传输效率的关系;与此同时还对锂电池的性能和充电方法进行了论述。文章最后给出了采用VOXl2P5模块的变压器松耦合供电方案,并实现了对手机锂电池进行无线供电。关键词:无线供电技术松耦合变压器 ANSYS Abstract Wire less Power Techno 109y (WPT) i s a new type of power transmission techn0109y, which emerged from the traditional form of power supply, and use the wireless equipment to provide electricity for has two main characteristics: First, 1et electrical pletely is01ated with appliances,so that the electrical appliances inthe security, flexibil ity, tightness, aesthetics, such as better as usual: Second. the WPT can transfer al1 non—metal 1ic material to electricity, Such as water, air, wood, plastic, 91ass,eVen soiland so on. First, this article introduced the wireless power supply’s basic theory, focuses on ic coupling program: second, analyzed the non—contact power transmission system which was akey of loosely coupled transformer to achieve the structure, and then deducted A loose ly coupled transformer mathemat ical mode 1 by the convent ional transformer in the mathematical model which on the basis of derivation,by the way it’ sparameters are worked out: Inorder to get the most out ofpower transmission efficiency,We emulate the loose coupling transformer with both sides of the relative position by the ANSYS,and then find out the relationshiD between the structure ofthe transformer and theefficiency ofthe power transmission: At the same time also Li—ion battery and the charging methods are discussed.
