文档介绍：西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文青岛中山路商贸历史街区保护与更新研究专 业:建筑与土木工程 硕士生:杨景荣 指导教师:周庆华 教 授 摘要本论文研究内容是关于青岛中山路商贸历史街区的更新与保护。结合国内外其他历史城区的保护与更新的经验与教训,针对青岛市中山路的具体情况,进行了三个方面进行调研和分析论证:历史、文化、商业,对该历史街区内的文化、历史、建筑、居民生活等的保护与更新进行研究,旨在探讨如何使区域的历史文化予以传承,并复兴区域传统商业氛围。在整个城市大区域内去考察其居住、交通、商业等城市的效用,从而对中山路商贸历史街区的功能进行合理的城市定位,以此作为依据,借助小规模的循序渐进式的更新理论,逐步进行各个方面的研究保护措施。建筑和街道是城市历史风貌的重要的表现方面,通过深入调查研究,对区域内重要及典型的各个单体建筑的分类制定保护与更新措施,对建筑的基本信息、整体评价、保护策略和利用手段结合起来。使用先进的评估系统,制定建筑分层次保护的先后顺序,为城市规划管理工作提供参考依据。商业方面,研究确定整个历史街区的商业定位及其在大城市范围内的商业定位,分析具有历史传承的传统商业店铺在城市商业功能上的作用,通过保护、恢复传统商业店铺和调整业态结构,运用分街坊、近远期结合的实施方式,将现有商业业态进行调整与更新。借助现代化手段进行传统商业氛围的打造,使其恢复体现近代青岛传统特色商贸街区的繁荣。关键词: 青岛;商贸历史街区;保护;更新西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Research on protection and renewal of Zhongshan Road commercial historical district in Qingdao Major: Architecture and Civil Engineering Name:Yang jingrong Instructor:Professor Zhou qinghua Abstract This paper has paid attention on th e conservation and renewal of Qingdao Zhongshan Road which is the mer cial district in Qi ngdao city. The author has studied the experience and lessons of othe r historical city, has analyzed the history, culture and business of Zhongshan Road, and ha s deeply studied the methods to protect and renew the culture, history, ar chitecture and the resident activ ity of the historic street. According to these research reports, the aut hor advises the measure to last the regional historical culture and revive mercial atmosphere. The paper has investigated the function of the regional residence, traffic and commerce in the whole city, t hus to point out the orient ation of the Zhongshan-Road mercial street. Then divided th e street into same small block and renew the all aspects of the block step by step. The buildings and streets are the main elem ents of historic city.
