文档介绍：东北大学硕士学位论文摘要我国研究生教育质量的自我评估研究摘要本研究主要针对我国当前形势下由于研究生教育迅速发展而导致教育质量滑坡的现象,从研究生管理者、研究生导师、研究生本人的角度出发,通过建立一个较为完善的、适合我国国情的研究生教育质量自我评估体系,为我国研究生教育质量提供保障, 促进其持续健康发展。研究生教育质量自我评估是按评估主体分类的一种形式,它和政府评估、社会评估一起构成教育评估的完整体系。没有合理、科学的自我评估体系,政府评估、社会评估就将成为无源之水。本研究首先阐述了选题缘由及研究现状,提出了研究的基本思路及方法,并对有关概念进行了界定。然后通过对我国研究生教育质量自我评估进行现状的分析,指出了目前主要存在的问题:缺乏相关自我评估制度建设,各高校开展的自我评估活动随意性较大;高校及研究生培养单位缺乏自我评估的积极性和主动性;高校及研究生培养单位的自我评估没有发挥自我评估的实际作用,成为政府评估的翻版。在提出这些问题的基础上,对产生这些问题的原因进行了分析,主要原因包括传统文化的影响、外部因素的消极性及内部运作的不合理。解决这些问题的途径是通过借鉴美国、英国研究生教育质量自我评估先进的理念与思想,把“全面质量管理”引入到研究生教育质量自我评估工作中,调动研究生管理者、研究生导师及研究生本人自我评估的积极性,实施全方位、全过程、全员参与的自我评估,切实发挥自我评估的作用,真正达到以评促建。关键词:研究生教育;质量;自我评估东北大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Studies on Graduate Education Quality Self-evaluation ofChina Abstract TlliSdissertation mainly aims atthe current quality decline ofgraduate education,which iscaused from thequick development ofgraduate education,from the angle ofthe govemment,society,graduate supervisors,tutors andgraduate,tries to construct an more suitableand relativelyperfectquality self-evaluation system tomeet theneeds ofensuring the qualityofgraduate education andprompting itshealthy development. plete evaluationsystem consists ofgovernmental evaluation,social evaluation andself--evaluation is one ofthem according todifferentevaluation parts. n垃governmental evaluation and socialevaluation Can’t make allfunctions without self- ,the dissertation expatiates why choose theissue tostudy and the basic theme ofhow tocarry outtheteseal'ch,thepresent situationoftherelated researches,and the definition ofsome key analyses thepresent situation ofself-evaluation, points out that there are some main problems existing in self-evaluation:lack of self-evaluationrulers;faultiness ofenthusiasm;copy governmental on theseproblems,it isfound thatthere ale threemain causes:the historicalcustomsandcultotes. outside negative factorsand insideunreasonable tosolvetheseproblems,put the theory-“Total Qua
