文档介绍：西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文咸阳市主城区公共停车设施规划研究 专 业: 城市规划与设计 硕士生: 乔培铭 指导教师: 罗西 副教授 摘 要 随着我国城市化与机动化的飞速发展,停车矛盾问题日益突出,城市中的停车问题已经成为制约城市发展的瓶颈,城市静态交通问题很大程度上是由于城市公共停车设施的不合理发展造成的,由于缺乏针对性的理论研究和学科体系的支撑以及不理性的发展,导致了公共停车设施的规划与建设严重滞后,进而给城市的动态交通与静态交通的协调发展带来问题。因此深入探讨城市公共停车设施规划是一个解决实际问题的重要课题。如何引导城市公共停车设施合理健康的发展将是城市发展面临的重要问题,本论文正是基于上面的现状展开的。 本论文以咸阳市主城区为研究对象,从认识论的层面上分析城市公共停车设施规划的基本理念和方法,从方法论层面上探讨城市主城区公共停车设施发展中该如何进行合理有效的布局规划与管理, 从技术手段层面上将经济学、管理学的原理运用到城市公共停车设施规划与建设中去,期望对促进咸阳市主城区公共停车设施的发展有所裨益。 论文研究主要分为三个大部分。首先是提出问题,在分析国内外城市公共停车设施研究状况以及相关理论的基础之上,结合国内城市现状,明确提出城市公共停车设施规划研究的必要性;其次是分析问题,通过对咸阳市的实地调研问卷, 运用城市停车相关理论,对咸阳市主城区的公共停车设施进行综合分析,探讨适宜于咸阳市市情的公共停车设施规划与建设、管理策略;再次是解决问题,基于上述的研究,对咸阳市主城区公共停车设施的现状进行深入分析,提出综合改善的指导思想、原则、目标以及相关措施对策。最终得出真正适宜于咸阳市主城区公共停车设施未来发展的可行途径。 关键词: 咸阳市 主城区 公共停车设施 静态交通 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 The research of public parking facilities planning on Xian yang main city Specialty: Urban Planning and Design Graduate: Qiao Peiming Instructor: Associate Pr ofessor Luo Xi Abstract With the rapid development of China's urbanization and motorization, Parking contradictions have e increasingly prom inent, Parking in the city has e the bottleneck Constraints of urban development, Static traffic problems are largely due to public parking facilities in the city caused by irrational development, due to lack of theoretical research and academic support system and the irrational development, Which led to public parking facilities pl anning and construction seriously lagging behind, the city's dynamic and static traffi c problems for the coordinated development of transport.
