文档介绍:西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要本论文在对火灾危害进行概述的基础上,细致地分析了我国火灾形势及地下停车场火灾现状,得出了地下停车场火灾预防与控制工作亟待重视的结论。随后针对本文的研究内容将消防安全评价的研究历史、国内外研究成果及现状向读者进行了简要的介绍。论文主体部分首先对地下停车场消防安全影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上,针对地下停车场的自身特点,以火灾发展各阶段的工作重点为依据, 借助相关规范、书籍及专家指导建立了一个比较完善的地下停车场消防安全评价指标体系,并对指标赋权和量化问题进行了研究。与此同时,本论文对常用的火灾危险性评价方法进行了介绍、分析和比较,进而选择了应用模糊综合评价法进行本论文的研究,随后即对多级模糊综合评价法的数学原理及评价步骤进行了详细的介绍。论文还在理论分析的基础上进行了实际应用研究。作者以成都市某地下停车场作为研究对象,在详细介绍了该停车场消防系统设施、设备及消防设计相关内容之后,利用先前得到的消防安全评价指标体系,运用多级模糊综合评价方法对该地下停车场进行了消防安全评价并得到了相应结论,在此基础上依据模糊评价结果找出了该地下停车场消防安全方面存在的问题并提出了相应的解决及完善方案。关键词地下停车场;消防安全;评价西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Ab st ract The thesis came to theconclusion that firepreventing and controlling in underground parking area needs tobeattached importance toimmediately after analyzing indetail thefiresituation and statusquo ofunderground parking area on thebasis ofsummarizing theharm ,the author introduced briefly theresearch history,achievement and status quo offiresafety assessment aiming atthe content of thisthesis. The main part ofthisthesisanalyzed thefactors effecting the firesafety of underground parking area atfirst,on thebasis ofwhich the author established a relatively perfect assessment element system of fire safety of underground parking area aiming atthe characteristics ofunderground parking area,according tomain tasks inevery period offiredevelopment,resorting torelevant code for fireprotection,books and experts’ that,the author studied the problems ofdetermining theweight ofthese assessment elements and quantifying the meanwhile,the thesis selected thefuzzy synthetic evaluation to carry out this research after introducing,analyzing paring mon means used ,the author introduced indetail themathematical theory and calculational prosess ofmultilevel fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The thesis carded out the practical research on base oftheory analysis. Taking an underground parking area inChengdu as the case,using former assessment element system of fire safety and
