文档介绍：成都中医药大学硕士学位论文中药复方芎术颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的药效机理研究姓名:段嘉川申请学位级别:硕士专业:方剂学指导教师:彭成 垡塑!垦堑奎兰竺!主!!窒生兰些笙墨—————一二二中文摘要目的:通过研究芎术颗粒对胃肠动力及脾虚大鼠胃肠激素的影响,初步探讨芎术颗粒治疗胃动力障碍型功能性消化不良的药效机理。/方法:运用碳末法、半固体糊法测定芎术颗粒对正常及胃轻瘫小鼠胃肠排空固体、液体能力的影响;采用食醋法塑造大鼠脾虚模型,运用放免分析法(R1A)观察芎术颗粒对脾虚大鼠胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑索(SS)的的影响。结果:l芎术颗粒高、中、低剂量组对正常小鼠胃排空液体和排空固体均有明显的促进作用,与空白对照组比较,有极显著差异。2芎术颗粒高、中、低剂量组对于多巴胺和阿托品所致的胃轻瘫小鼠的胃排空能力也有明显的改善作用,与模型组比较有显著性或极显著差异。3芎术颗粒能增加食醋脾虚大鼠血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素、血浆生长抑素和降低血浆血管活性肠肽的含量。土结论:芎术颗粒能促进正常小鼠对液体和圆体的排空能力;能够改善多巴胺和阿托品引起的小鼠胃轻瘫状态;芎术颗粒能升高脾虚大鼠血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素和生长抑素的含量,降低血浆血管活性肠肽的含量。关键词:芎术颗粒i功能性消化不勘胃肠运动,胃肠激素j /、苎型!至至查兰塑上坐竺兰兰些堡苎一一—————————————二.!二~ ABSTRACT Objective:tO probe thepharmacodynamical mechanism of theXiongzhu Keli on treating the Functional Dyspepsia through theobservation on the action of Xiongzl-tu K_cli on thegastroimestinal movement ofmice and the gut hormone of Spleen deficiency rats.
