文档介绍:XX 学院毕业设计课题全自动螺丝包装机设计专业年级 2009 级姓名学号指导教师(签字) 学院(系)院长(签字) 年月日 I 摘要本文阐述了自动化供料及出料的发展历史,国内外的应用状况,及其巨大的优越性, 提出了具体的供料及出料设计要求和进行了总体方案设计具体结构设计、计算; 在分析国内外智能研究现状的基础上,本文设计了一种全自动螺丝包装机结构——将驱动系统机构相结合,在两个电机的驱动下,通过一些简单的传动机构,使供料及出料可以实现运行。建立了供料及出料的准静态模型,进行了准静态分析,从而获得供料及出料在步态运动时各部件的受力状况。关键词: 全自动螺丝包装机, 供料及出料;工业;传动;强度 Abstract This paper describes the automatic feeding and the development history, application status at home and abroad, and its great superiority, proposed the concrete material feeding and discharging the design requirements and the specific structure design, calculation of overall scheme design;In the analysis of domestic and foreign intelligence information and basic research on the current situation, this paper designed a new type of feeding and discharging structure -- will drive system bined mechanism, the drive two motors, through some simple transmission mechanism, the material feeding and discharging can be implemented to run. Establishment of the feeding and quasi static model material, quasi static analysis is carried out, so as to obtain the feeding and the stress state of material in the gait ponents.
