文档介绍：供应链绩效评价体系研究姜波(管理科学与工程) 指导教师:王丈铭(副教授) 摘要人类历史已跨入21世纪,随着科学技术的进步和生产力的不断发展, 顾客的消费水平日益提高,同时消费者的期望值也越来越高,他们要求的产品和服务具有更好的质量、更大的柔性、更低的价格、更多的选择。企业为了满足这些消费者的需求必须不断缩短产品开发研制时间、改进产品质量、降低生产成本和缩短交货周期。然而,企业要达到这些,必须把企业内部和外部的资源有效地整合在一起,使系统整体绩效达到最优,企业的竞争已经演变成供应链之间的竞争。因此要完善供应链,提高整条供应链的效率,对供应链进行绩效评价也就有其很重要的意义。通过对供应链的绩效评价,可以发现企业当前是否存在不足,有利于企业进一步完善和提高,满足消费者的需求。本文从供应链的节点企业内部和外部以及整体三个方面来进行供应链的绩效评价,首先选取了能够反映供应链绩效的指标,构建了节点企业内部供应链绩效指标体系,企业外部供应链绩效评价指标体系以及供应链整体绩效评价指标体系。并运用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,通过建立模糊综合评判模型对供应链进行评价,得出供应链的绩效。此外,还运用了BP网络的方法建立模型,输入样本数据,得出供应链的绩效评价结果。论文结合实际案例,运用具体数据对上述模型方法进行了应用,得出供应链绩效评价结果,验证了供应链评价体系的可行性和有效性。关键词:供应链,绩效评价。指标,模糊综合评判,BP网络 The research on evaluation system ofthesupply chainperformance JiangBofManage Science andEngineering) Directed by Vice Professor WangWen-ruing Abstract Along withthedevelopment oftheproduetivily and theprogress of the technical science, toproduct value es more business enterprise has toshorten aproduct production cycle,improve product quality,lower production costand shorten delivery cyclecontinuously forthesake ofsatisfying the need ofthese COI'I$111TIel苫.
