基于创新能力培养的土木工程专业毕业设计教学改革探讨
摘要: 毕业设计是土木工程专业教学计划中最重要的一个实践性教学环节, 也是实现本专业培养目标要求的重要阶段。毕业设计质量的好坏、是衡量高等学校教育、教学质量的一个重要评价指标,它直接影响着学生毕业走上工作岗位后能力的发挥,同时也反映了高校的办学水平。根据土木工程毕业设计的教学实践, 从选题、教师安排、成绩评定等几方面总结了毕业设计教学的一些做法和思考, 从而提高毕业设计的质量。
Abstract: Graduation design is the most important link in the practical teaching of civil engineering major, and is important stage of achieving the objectives and requirements of professional development. The quality of graduation design is an important index to measure the higher education and teaching quality, and it directly affect the development of students' ability after they go to work, and also reflects the university's educational level. According to the teaching practice of graduation design of civil engineering major, this paper summarized some of the practices and thinking of graduation design teaching from the selection, teachers' arrangement, performance evaluation and other aspects.

0引言
毕业设计是土木工程专业教学计划中最重要的一个实践性教学环节,也是实现本专业培养目标要求的重要阶段,具有时间长、内容涉及面广、综合性和实践性强等特点。通过毕业设计这一实践环节,培养学生综合运用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,分析、解决和处理工程实际问题的能力。毕业设计作为培养学生创新精神和工程实践能力的一次较为系统的训练,应特别注意综合能力的培养:①调查研究、查阅中外文献、收集资料和自主学****的能力;②理论分析、制定设计方案或试验方案的能力;③分别运用程序和人工进行设计、计算和绘图的能力;④实验研究、数据处理及
