文档介绍:套损机理研究及修复技术在辽河油田的应用杨平阁(油气田开发工程) 指导教师:王杰祥教授摘要针对辽河油田套损井比率较高,严重地影响了稠油采收率的现状,定性、定量地进行套损机理研究,完善套损井修复技术。在分析研究套损原因、规律的基础上提出了相应的预防措旋;在分析研究已有套损井修复工艺技术的基础上,针对不同的“套损”类型、不同的“套损”深度提出较为完善的5项修复技术:取换套管技术、套管整形技术、磨铣下筛管或开窗磨铣下筛管技术、套管补贴技术及套管开窗侧钻技术。针对套管损坏越来越复杂,套损井段越来越长的现状,完善了超长井段套管损坏的修复技术;针对注汽及蒸汽吞吐过程中套管变形比率较高的现状,研制开发了新型套管水力机械整形技术。2003年度,全年共修复套损井693井次,×104t。现场实验证明:套损机理研究及修复技术的确能够针对辽河油田的实际情况,有效恢复“套损”井产能,是一项有效、经济、适用的综合工艺技术,为套损井修复提供了强有力的技术支持。关键词:套损井,磨铣,取换套管,开窗侧钻 The Research ofCasing Damage Mechanism and theApplication ofCasing Repair Technique inLiaohe 0ilfield YANG Ping-ge(Oil&Gas FieldDepartment Engineering) Directed by ProfessorWANG Jie-xiang University ofPetroleum,CHINA Abstract Interms ofthepresent situation ofheavy oilrecovery rate greatly affectedby thehigh ratioofwellswithcasingdamage inLiaohe Oilfield,the mechanism of casing damage has been studied qualitatively and quantitatively and therepairtechnique ofcasing damaged wells has been prevention measures have been put forward onthe basis ofanalyzing thecasing damage reasons and view of the differenttypesand degrees ofcasingdamage,six(6)relatively perfect repair techniques havebeen proposed on thebasisofanalyzing theavailable casing damage repair techniques,including casing retrieving and replacing technique,casing reshaping technique,milling and running in screens or milling and window—cutting and then running in screens technique,casing patching technique andcasing window cutting andsidetracking view of thesituationofcasing damage getting more and plex and the casing damage interval getting longer and longer,the technique of reinforcement hasbeen developed and thetechnique ofrepairing the extra ;ii longcasing damage intervalshasbeen view ofthehi曲casing deformation ratioduring steaminjection andsteamhuff-puff intheheavy oil thermal production wells,a new type ofhydraulic—mechanical casing reshaping technique has been 2003,the repair of casing damage
