文档介绍：大连理工大学硕士学位论文大连开发区五个园区基础设施建设规划研究姓名:刘新君申请学位级别:硕士专业:高级管理人员工商管理指导教师:武春友 20070610 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要大连经济技术开发区建区以来,经济和社会事业都得到了突飞猛进的发展。当前, 世界经济全球化步伐加快,东北老工业基地振兴战略加紧实施,大连新一轮发展方兴未艾,开发区正抓住机遇加快发展建设。在这样的新形势下,开发区面临着发展空间不足, 基础设施建设不能满足经济发展、社会进步和招商引资需要的实际问题,努力拓展空间, 加快以五个园区为重点的基础设施建设,已经成为开发区当前和今后一个时期发展建设的当务之急。本文从理论和实际的结合上,阐述了五个园区基础设施建设在东北老工业基地振兴、大连“一个中心、四个基地”建设和开发区加快发展中的必要性;探讨了基础设施的理论内涵和搞好基础设施建设在经济和社会发展中的地位和作用;提出了五个园区基础设施建设的原则和初步规划设想;分析了开发区目前搞好五个园区建设的可行性;提出了搞好项目实施有关建议。本文总的观点认为,五个园区基础设施建设项目是必要的,规划是合理的,建设是可行的,应当积极、认真、有步骤地予以实施。关键词:五个园区;基础设施;规划建设大连开发区五个园区基础设施建设规划研究 The Planning Research ofInfrastructure Construction ofFiveIndustrial Parks inDDA Abstract Smce itsestablishment,Dalian Development Area(here afterreferred to asDDA)has enjoyed a nlore rapid development inbothsocial andeconomic present,the speed of world economic globalization isincreaSing anddomestically the revitalizationof old industriMbaSeofNortheast China isbeing implemented andthenew round ofeconomic growth ofDalian hasjust takes thisopporumity to speed up development ,DDA isfacing theproblem oflacking development space;the infrastructuredevelopmem cannot meetthedemands ofitseconomic growth,as well associal paper point OUtSthatitis ofgreat importance toexploit more spaceand speed up theinfrastructureconstructionoffive ind砥al parks.
