文档介绍：Xi 'an modern residential waterscape design research A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Li Mei Supervisor:Prof. Zhang Yang Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 万方数据万方数据 i 摘要近年来,人们的居住观念随着社会、经济、历史、文化的发展不断的发生变化,闲暇时间越来越多的人们已不仅仅满足于“居者有其屋”的居住条件。在解决居住面积问题之后,对居住质量的要求已不再只停留在户型是否合理/对住宅内部的装饰点缀是否美观上,户外景观环境受到重视,人们越来越关注居住大环境的质量,而水景环境是构建居住区空间环境非常重要的因素。本文以西安市水景住区为研究对象,选择了西安市不同区域、不同规模、不同类型的水景设计较具代表性的20个居住区进行全方位调研。所选择调研的居住区各有不同: 居住区的风格,既有现代风格的,又有欧式风格的;居住区的地理位置,既有临河而建的,也有附近无水系可依附的;对于无水可依附的住区,既有以点式水景为主的居住区, 也有人工营造大规模水面的居住区。本文通过广泛收集资料和数据,对西安市水景住区进行问卷调查和实地调研,对西安市水景住区的位置、规模、住区周边是否有水系、住区水景尺度、布局形式、平面形态等进行了解。通过对相关资料的整理与分析,总结目前西安市居住区水景设计的优缺点。在目前西安居住区水景设计研究的基础上,结合西安市住区的自然环境与人文环境, 探索西安市住区水景设计的发展趋势,对西安市住区水景规划设计提供建议,为今后的设计起一定的参考作用。关键词: 西安市,现代住区,水景设计万方数据 ii Abstract In recent years, The constant changes in people's living concepts with the development of society, economy, history, culture. This paper, taking xi 'an waterscape residential areas as the research object,select the Xi'an waterscape design in different regions,different size, different types of representative prehensive investigation.
