题目恒压变频供水系统的研究

摘要
随着电子技术、交流调速技术的不断完善和计算机技术的迅速发展,变频调速方法在恒压供水控制系统得以应用,这不仅大大提高了系统的自动化程度,而且也有效地减少了能源浪费。
本文首先根据管网和水泵的运行特性曲线,阐明了供水系统的变频调速节能原理。接着分析了变频恒压供水的原理及系统的组成结构。本文采用变频器和PLC实现恒压供水,采用AT89C51单片机系统模拟供水网络。采用PID控制算法对系统中的恒压控制器进行设计。最后对系统的软硬件设计进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract
With the development of electrical and AC motor control technology as well puter technology,the frequency control technology has been applied in water supply system of constant pressure,which can not only boost the degree of automation but also reduce energy waste.
This paper explains water supply system’s energy-saving principle of pump variable frequency speed regulating according to characterisitic curve of running pipelines and water pump,analyzes the structure of variable frequency regulating constant pressure water this paper,the executing agency is the programmable logic controller(PLC) and the frequency converter. AT89C51 has been applied in order to simulate the water integration derivative (PID) has been applied in order to design the controller for constant the end of this paper introduces the hardware and software of the system.
