文档介绍:新疆某铁资源综合回收选矿工艺研究
摘要
本课题对新疆某铁矿资源进行了综合回收的选矿工艺研究;该矿主要是以赤铁矿为主,次有磁铁矿、镜铁矿、褐铁矿、菱铁矿等伴生。针对矿石中铁矿物主要是难选的氧化矿,其结晶粒度细、矿物成分比较复杂、矿物镶嵌关系复杂等特点;实现对该铁矿资源的综合回收是本课题的主要内容和难点。我们对该矿石采用破碎、磨矿、弱磁选、强磁选、重选、浮选以及化学选矿等选矿方法进行试验,对原矿进行了工艺矿物学研究以及选矿工艺研究,开展了相关工艺条件试验并进行了几个选矿方法的联合工艺流程试验。并取得了如下成果:
(1)确定了该赤铁矿的品位较高,氧化程度较重,并对矿石组成和脉石矿物、结构构造、嵌布特征以及矿石的可碎、可磨性有了清楚的认识。
(2)通过选矿工艺试验研究,对多种选矿方法进行综合比较之后,确定出了合理的工艺流程。最终确定可采用重选-磁化焙烧-再磨-弱磁选工艺流程和重选-磁化焙烧-再磨-弱磁选-酸洗(水洗)工艺流程均比较适合用于该矿样的铁矿物的回收。能够得到品位≥60%的铁精矿产品。+-—-+
此次研究实现了该铁矿的综合回收,最终产品符合要求,为选别该矿提供了可行、合理的工艺流程和工艺条件,有了较为科学的参考依据。

Comprehensive Recovery Iron minerals Process from a Certain of Xinjiang Ore
ABSTRACT
The subject of iron ore resources in Xinjiang prehensive collection of Mineral Technology; mine, mainly hematite, minor are ite, Specularite, limonite, siderite associated. For ore minerals of iron oxide ore is refractory, its fine grain size, position is plicated, plicated relations between the characteristics of mineral inlay; prehensive recovery of the iron ore resources are the main contents of this issue and difficult. Through the use of the ore crushing, grinding, low intensity ic separation, high intensity ic separation, gravity separation, flotation and chemical beneficiation beneficiation methods such as tests carried out on Process Mineralogy of ore and beneficiation process of carrying out the relevant conditions trial and conducted a joint process of several beneficiation test. And obtained the following results:
(1).Determine the high grade hematite, oxidized heavy, and have a clear understanding ofhe position and gangue position, texture and structure, embedded fabrict characteristics crushability grindability
(2).Mineral Processing by experimental research on a variety of parisons, identify the reasonable process.
