摘要:互联网金融是互联网和金融业相结合的领域,也是现代金融业发展的重大
方向,其发展潜力引来了证券行业的普遍重视与关注。针对互联网金融这一新型
金融模式,本文立足于其发展现状与趋势,深入分析互联网金融对证券行业的影
响。互联网金融改变了证券行业价值实现方式,引发证券经纪和财富管理的“渠
道革命”,弱化证券行业金融中介功能,重构资本市场投融资格局,并加剧了行
业竞争。本文的研究为证券公司开展互联网金融业务、监管层制定相关政策提供
了参考依据,具有重要理论和现实意义。

Abstract: Financial is a field bining and financial, which
represents the trend of modern financial area and thus attracts widespread attention of
the securities industry for its development potential. Concerning of the new financial
model of the Financial, this paper in-depth analyzed the impact of
Financial on securities industry, and thus gave advice and policy mendations to
the securities industry to meet the opportunities and challenges of Financial
basing on its present situation and development trend. This study provides useful
reference for panies to carry out banking business, for
administrative apartments to formulate polices, which has important theoretical and
practical significance.

引言
随着以社交网络、移动支付、搜索引擎、云计算、数据挖掘等为代表的现代
互联网科技的快速发展,以及互联网普及范围的不断扩大,我国的金融行业全面
进入互联网时代。在此背景下,证券行业也开始积极探索互联网金融模式,先后
尝试了网上商城、非现场开户、与互联网公司共同成立合资公司,或引入互联网
公司作为战略投资者等多种拓展互联网金融业务的方式。可以预见,作为现代信
息技术与金融结合产物的互联网金融将大大改变人类金融模式,对现代证券行
