论东北传统民居对现代居住设计理念的启示

摘要

本论文以东北地区的满族、汉族、朝鲜族的民居为对象,具体阐明了自然环
境及其他因素对居住及其文化的影响。本研究从多学科研究视角,即在综合考察
过去学界在建筑学、地理学、民俗学、民族学、文化人类学等学科领域研究成果
的基础上,试图探讨研究传统民居的设计理念及其对现代居民建筑设计的启示。
根据这种宏观的研究方向, 重点从东北传统民居的特征分析出发,采用借鉴类比
的研究方法与类型学的分析手段,从根源上对传统东北民居的环境、形式、空间、
装饰艺术、文化内涵、运用和再创造进行系统研究和梳理,并以大量、生动、详
实的例证,建立了具有本土特色的现代居住模式的新思路。因此能为现代的居住
区设计提供很好的经验本论文在整体架构上分为三个部分。第一部分(第二章)
论述自然环境、历史文化等方面对东北传统民居以及的民居演进的影响。第二部
分是该文的重点(第三章—第五章)。集中研究了传统东北民居的特色建筑设计、
空间形式、装饰艺术,认为当代住宅设计应注重三个方面的启示:一是立足本土、
体现民族特色的民居建筑设计启示;二是舒适合理、体现民俗文化的居住空间设
计启示;三是精雕细琢、体现民族风情的居住装饰设计启示。第三部分(第六章),
根据对东北传统民居的调查研究结论和结合辽宁千山某小区规划方案设计,提出
了具有东北本土化的现代居住设计的新思路。主要从居住区的整体规划、建筑设
计和景观设计三个方面进行论述。

Abstract

In this paper, the Northeast region, Manchu, Han Chinese, Korean people's residences
for the object, specifying the natural environment and other factors on the living and
their cultural impact. According to this macro research, focusing on the characteristics
of traditional houses from the northeast analysis, adopting the analogy of learning
methods and typology of analytical tools, from the roots of the traditional residential
environment in the northeast, form, space, decorative arts, and cultural connotations ,
use and re-creation of a systematic research bing, and substantial, lively,
detailed examples, built with local features, new ideas for modern living patterns. The
first part (Chapter II) deals with the natural environment, history, culture and other
aspects of traditional houses in the Northeast, as well as the impact of the evolution of
the residential areas. The second part is the focus of this paper (Chapter III - Chapter
