The conclusion based on Beijing local rural migrant workers empirical analysis shows that: for the local rural mi grant workers, the way of looking for a job is quite traditional, the holding rate of their voca??tional skills is very low, and training is out of line with employment, etc. So we should further strengthen the function of government public employment service, encourage enterprises to set up the incentive mechanism of practitioner’s certification, and carry out order-form training vig??orously.
