扩大我国农村居民消费研究

内容摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济迅速增长,但从拉动经济增长的因素消费、投资、出口三
者的关系看,三者对我衡,其中消费对经济增长的贡献偏低,在
消费中农村居民消费尤为不足。当前,受美国金融危机的影响,我国产品出口受到严重
影响,因此扩大农村消费需求,对扩大内需要,促进经济健康发展具有更为突出的重要
意义。
本文对改革开放以来,农村居民消费水平发展进行了阐述,通过城乡居民消费的对
比,来说明我国农村居民消费不足。当前制约农村消费的因素是多方面的,本文主要从
农民收入水平增长缓慢、农村消费环境落后、不确定性和流动性因素、农村老龄人口增
多、消费行为与消费心理以及符合农民偏好的消费品较少六个方面进行了分析。最后提
出扩大农村居民消费的政策措施,就企业如何扩大农村消费市场与构建农村现代物流体
系进行探讨。

Abstract
Since China adopted the reform and opening-up to the outside world policy, its economy has
been developing rapidly. But the factors of economic growth— consumption, investment,
exports are imbalance. The contributions of consumption to economic growth are low and the
rural consumption is particularly inadequate. At present, the . financial crisis has been
seriously affected the china’s exports, and expansion of the rural consumption have great
significance for promoting the healthy development of the economy.
In this paper, expanding the development of rural consumption from the reform and opening
- up. and discussing the constraint of rural resident’s consumption from six aspects which
are the low e level of farmers, the poor environment of consumption in rural areas,
uncertainties and fluidities, the aged population’s proportion continues to grow, the rural
resident’s consumer behavior and consumer psychology as well as lack of the products which
are preferable for farmers. Finally, the paper offers the policies and measures to promote rural
resident’s consumption, discussing on how enterprise expand the rural business as well as
how to build a modern logistics system in rural areas.
