欠发达地区金融发展与经济增长关系的实证研究——以山西省为例的分析
摘要��
从历史的角度来看,各个时代的经济学者都很重视金融与经济增长之间的
关系,意识到了金融发展对区域经济增长具有显著的促进作用。随着金融深化
程度的不断加深,金融的发展和深化将成为促进经济增长的第一推动力。
但由于自然条件、经济条件、社会条件以及技术条件等的地域差异,一国
内部的经济发展一般都会呈现出区域不平衡的特点。金融作为经济增长的第一
推动力,能否对某一区域的经济增长产生影响,很大程度上取决于这一区域的
金融与经济增长之间的关系。
山西省作为欠发达地区的一部分,虽然随着改革的深入和国民经济的快速
发展,全省经济也呈现出经济增长的态势,但随着其他地区经济的飞速发展,
山西省的经济发展呈现出明显的落后局面。不仅如此,据有关资料显示,山西
省的金融资源对于山西省经济的增长不仅没有产生促进作用,而且还产生了抑
制作用,解决山西省的这种金融与经济增长之间的抑制关系,并找到促进山西
省经济增长的合理路径成为了当前山西省经济发展面临的首要问题。
本文从金融发展与经济增长关系的角度入手,先对经济增长的一般理论进
行分析,接着探讨了我国其他欠发达地区金融与经济增长之间的关系,并在此
基础上重点分析了山西省的金融发展与经济增长之间存在的问题及原因,并针
对这些问题提出了促进山西省经济转型发展的一些合理化建议与对策。

Abstract
From a historical perspective, the economic scholars from each period pay more attention to
the relationships between the finance and the economic growth. Came to the conclusion that the
finance development has significant effect on the regional economic growth. With the development
of finance, the financial development and deepening will e the driving force of economic
growth.
But due to the regional difference such as natural conditions, economic condition, social and
technical conditions, the characteristic of one country’s economic development usually presents
regional imbalance. Finance as the first cause of the economic growth, whether impact on a region’s
economic growth, depends largely on the relationship between the finance and the economic growth
in this region.
ShanXi Province as a part of the underdeveloped areas, with the development of the deepen
reform and the increase development of national economy, the economy of this region also presents
the situation growth, but with the economic development of other regions, the economic
