摘要
集装箱运输是现代物流的一个典型代表,集装箱运输系统业务网点多、运输
路线长、涉及客户面广,并且有时效迫切、单证种类多、流转频繁、数据严格等
特点。在物流业发达的国家和我国沿海地区,管理信息系统早已应用于集装箱运
输过程的各个环节,为企业开发业务、提高效率和效益起着十分重要的作用。湖
南作为内陆省份,在信息技术的应用上滞后于集装箱运量的发展,管理软件建设
滞后于船舶、码头等物流硬件的建设。
传统的船舶代理和国际货运代理由于竞争者增加和竞争形势的加剧,生存空
间越来越小,改进服务意识、提高服务质量、延伸服务范围是公司生存和发展的
必然选择。湘远物流目前所处的半计算机半手工的操作方式已远远不能满足客户
服务和市场竞争的需要,构建符合企业业务需求的管理信息系统成了当务之急。
本文以湘远物流公司作为研究对象,分析了集装箱运输代理企业的业务发展
趋势和企业信息化建设的需求,对公司船舶代理、国际货运代理业务所涉及的单
证操作、费用管理、集装箱管理等环节为基础的企业信息系统构建进行了比较全
面的规划,将公司集装箱运输管理信息系统分为出口单证子系统、进口单证子系
统、出口费用子系统、进口费用子系统、港口使费子系统、集装箱管理子系统六
个模块,应用软件体系结构采用 B/S 三层结构,所有业务计算全部集中在业务应
用层处理,数据挖掘与通讯集中在数据层处理,客户端只处理信息录入、正确性
检查与服务请求。在网络硬件上,采用总线型拓扑结构、无线电拓扑结构与星型
拓扑结构的综合利用,组网采用千兆快速以太网技术,公司总部主干为千兆网,
10M/100M 自适应交换到桌面,安全上采用了 VPN 防火墙与 3A 认证服务器等措
施。最后,本文从信息系统的规划实施策略、开发方法选择、规划实现组织、建
设风险防范、建设安全管理等几个方面对如何保障规划的实现提出了相应的建议。

Abstract
The container transportation system has the features of intensive work
distribution, long transportation routes, wide ranges of customers. Moreover, it is
time-bounded; great variety in billes and docment, highly frequent circulation and it
requires good data. In those countries with highly developed logistics industry and the
coastal areas of China, the management information system have already been applied
to the whole container transportation process, which has played an important role in
expanding pany’s business, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency.
However, Hunan province is an inland one and its application to information
technology lags far behind the requirement of rapid growth the container volumes. At
the same time, its corresponding software is less developed than the hardware
concerning ships and container terminals.
