摘要
随着计算机技术、通讯技术的飞速发展和个人计算机的普及, 作为新
一代的信息载体和交流平台,在人们的生活中、工作中扮演越来越重要的角色,尤
其是在中蕴涵的信息价值,越来越受到人们的重视。Web 数据库作为网络
信息和数据资源的容器,也就日益发挥出重大的作用。
目前,互联网上出现海量的网络数据库,为人们提供各种各样的信息,以供人
们搜索,满足自己各方面的需求。然而,由于现在搜索引擎作为人们搜索网络信息
资源的主要工具,其自身的缺陷使得它们的查准率和查全率无法得到保证。人们往
往会检索到大量的重复信息,或是检索到的无关信息太多,内容之间缺乏逻辑性,
缺乏对于数据库等稳定的网络信息资源的检索。可以概括为两点,一方面大量无用
信息给用户造成检索灾难,另一方面,真正有用的信息却难以呈现在用户面前。
基于这个背景,关于 Web 数据库的集成的研究已经成为一个极具意义的研究课
题。
为了向人们提供一个有效的统一的访问 Web 数据库、获取所需信息的方法,本
文在对目前各类集成方案的分析基础上,提出并建立了一个基于 Web 服务和元数据
技术的访问 Web 数据库的方案和架构,使用户能透明跨平台地访问分布在各个网络
节点上的异构 Web 数据库,进而可以准确有效的搜索到自己所需的信息。

ABSTRACT
With the development of puter technology munication
technology, is getting more and more important in our life and work.
The number of data on the Web is tremendous. They almost provide us lots of
useful information for everything. We can say database is a container that
includes all kinds of information. Therefore, the research of Web database
integration is very significative.
In the recent time, more and more accessible databases are available in
the Web. People can search all kinds of information they want on these
databases through . However, the main tool to search information is
the Search Engine, which is not the best way to search electronic resources,
because the accuracy is not very good and has some other ings. For
example, people may find out lots of information repeated, or some
information of no use. What’s more, there are so many useless data among
which is lack of logic, and we can make sure the data is correct. In a word,
users always find out information that they don’t want, or users can’t find
the information we really need.
According to this, the research of Web database integration is ing
more and more valuable.
