台商投资祖国大陆 20 多年来,无论从投资区域、投资产业、投
资方式、还是投资经营方式等各方面均发生比较显著的变化,而台商
投资大陆的变化并非完全遵循市场中的投资法则,既有一般的经济规
律,又有特殊环境下产生的特殊情况。该文回顾台商对大陆投资的相
关理论,对台商投资祖国大陆 20 余年的演变进程分析,将台商投资
祖国大陆历程划分四个阶段,并总结分析台商投资演变进程的特点。
该文以此基础,定性分析出台商投资祖国大陆变化的影响因素:大陆
投资环境的变化、两岸产业分工和结构的变化、两岸经贸政策和两岸
政治关系的影响等方面因素;并通过因子分析法和向量回归分析法,
实证分析台商投资祖国大陆的影响因素:劳动力成本、市场凝聚力、
环境水平达标率和投资环境成熟度等方面因素。最后,预测台商投资
祖国大陆变化发展的趋势,并提出台商投资大陆发展的建议。

ABSTRACT
Regardless of the investment region,the investment industry,the
investment way,or the way of investment management and so on,
various aspects of Taiwan businessmen’s investment in the mainland over
20 years have relatively remarkable change. However,the change of
Taiwan businessmen’s investment in the plies with both the
general economic regularity and the peculiar circumstance arising from
special environment instead of fully following the investment principle in
the market. The article reviews the correlative theories concerned with
Taiwan businessmen’s investment in the mainland,analyses the evolution
process about Taiwan businessmen’s investment in the mainland which is
divided into four stages,and summarizes the characteristic of the
evolution process about Taiwan businessmen’s investment in the
mainland. The article is based on this foundation, making the qualitative
analysis on the influent factors of Taiwan businessmen’s investment
change in the mainland,elaborating the change in the mainland’s
investment environment,the change of cross-strait industrial division of
labor and economy structure ,the impact of cross-strait economy and
trade policy and political relationship etc.,making analyses of the
impact factors of Taiwan businessmen’s investment in the mainland
including the labor force cost、market cohesive force、 env
