摘要
产业结构升级是经济发展的重要标志和客观反映,是影响经济进一步发展
的重要因素。在我国欠发达地区的经济发展进程中,产业结构的低级化是我国
欠发达地区经济发展不稳定的深层次原因。优化产业结构、推动产业结构升级,
是我国实现经济健康发展、提升竞争力的必经之路。资金是促进产业结构升级
的直接推动力。
在产业结构升级过程中,不论是传统产业改造还是高新技术产业发展,作
为现代经济核心和供血系统的金融都发挥着特殊重要的作用。金融体系的支持
是产业结构经济发展的主要推动力和重要保证。但在欠发达地区产业结构升级
过程中,金融支持规模不足、融资效率低下等问题己成为重要的制约因素。
本文围绕欠发达地区产业结构升级的金融支持这一主题,运用产业结构升
级理论及金融结构理论、金融深化理论、金融约束理论等现代金融发展理论,
以金融发展为主线,建立了金融发展作用于产业结构升级的理论框架,在梳理
考察国内外金融发展理论研究成果的基础上,分别从金融发展的相关指标和实
证等方面研究了金融对欠发达地区产业结构升级的支持现状及存在的问题,并
在对山西为例的基础上的基础上给出了完善欠发达地区产业结构升级的金融支
持体系的对策建议。

Abstract
The upgrading of industry structure is important symbol and reflection
of economic development , also important element to influence the
further and depth economic development. In the course of the economic
development in the underdeveloped regions of China,the low-level of
industrial structure is the depth reason for the unsteady economic status.
It proves to be the necessary route for a healthy economic development
and improvement of petence to better the industrial
structure,prompts the industrial upgrading. The capital is accepted as the
direct push and drive for the industrial upgrading.
Therefore,it’s very important to upgrade the industry structure in
revitalizing traditional industry and high— tech industries , in the
underdeveloped regions of China. As a core and blood— supply system of
modern economy,finance plays an important role in the upgrading of
traditional industry and in the development to high— tech industry,and the
support of finance is a vital guarantee and the main impetus to the
upgrading of the industrial structure and the main impetus to the
optimization of the industrial structure. However , deficient financial
support and low— class efficiency has e a primary factor which
restricts its upgrading of industrial structure in the underdeveloped
