摘要
循环经济本质上是一种生态经济,以资源的高效利用和循环再生为核心,
以“减量化、再利用、再循环”为原则,符合可持续发展理念的经济发展模式,
属于资源节约型和环境友好型的经济形态。自从世纪年代以来,世界各
国正把发展循环经济、建立资源节约型社会作为实施可持续发展战略的重要途
径和实现方式。工业是我国区域经济运行的主体,发展区域工业循环经济是我
国循环经济实践的重要内容。因此,有效地对工业循环经济发展水平进行评价,
将对衡量我国区域工业循环经济的发展有着重要的意义。
本文首先阐述了区域工业循环经济的相关理论及其发展水平评价的研究现
状。其次,在对前人关于工业循环经济评价指标体系研究的基础上,结合目前
我国区域工业循环经济的发展现状,对区域工业循环经济发展评价指标体系进
行了改进和完善。再次,本文运用基于因子分析和熵值法的综合评价模型对我<br做出评价,便于区域间的横向比较,
结论与实际相符。最后,通过对评价结果的分析,对我国区域工业循环经济的
发展提出了建议。

Abstract
Circular economy is essentially an ecological economy with the core of efficient recycling use
of resources and with the principle of “reduce,reuse,recycle”.It is in line with the concept of
sustainable development model of economic development, and is a resource-saving and
environment-friendly economic the ies of the 20th century, developing circular
economy and establishing a resource-saving society have been made as a strategy and an important
way to the process of sustainable development all over the world. Industry is the main body of
China's regional economic performance, and circular economy is the best and the only way to
achieve scientific development in China. Developing regional industrial circular economy is an
important part of practice of circular economy in China. Therefore, effective evaluation of regional
industrial circular economy development level will have important significance to measure the
development of regional industrial circular in China.
Firstly, this paper explains the relevant theories of regional industrial circular economy
development level and the research status of evaluation. Secondly, based on previous studies in the
