我国高新技术企业投资的风险控制研究

摘要
随着以信息技术、生物技术、新材料技术为代表的高新技术的应用,企业
赖以生存的市场环境、能源环境、产业结构、管理方式、劳动方式及生产工具
都将发生巨大的变化,从而企业投资的不确定性风险也会因为这个改变而相应
的增大。因此,如何发挥高新技术企业投资的带头作用,最大限度的形成收益,
提升企业的技术含量和提高企业的核心竞争力,搞好高新技术企业投资的风险
控制就显得尤为关键。
年月,国务院颁布实施了《关于投资体制改革的决定》,这表明了我
国管理层的注意力开始更多地转向推进投资体制的深层改革,而这无疑是我国
经济进一步向市场化转变的表现,有助于推动我国市场经济的进一步发展和完
善。同时,这一举措还将有助于抑制我国的投资过热现象。这样,就在国家这
个宏观层面上提出了搞好投资的风险控制这一要求。
本文主要结合我国高新技术企业及其投资的特征分析,宏观提出了影响高
新技术企业投资项目的决定因素,并对高新技术企业的投资方向、技术内容的
选择,投资市场、投资规模、投资项目布局的确定等进行了较为详尽的分析;
又从微观层面上对高新技术企业的投资风险来源:市场吸引力、技术内容、经
营能力和对环境威胁的抵制能力进行了详细的划分,并对投资引起的各种风险
进行了预测。在进行风险预测和投资决策分析的基础上,提出了高新技术企业
投资的风险控制方法,运用具体的实例分析所提出的高新技术企业投资风险控
制的相关理论及其实用性。

Abstract
Along with taking the information technology, the biological technology, the new material
technology as representative's high technology and new technology application, the enterprise
livelihood market environment, the energy environment, the industrial structure, the management
way, the work way and the production tool will all have the huge change, thus the enterprise will
invest but the uncertainty risk will also be able because of this change corresponding
, how displays the leading role which the high technology and new
technology enterprise invests, the maximum limit formation e, the promotion enterprise's
technical content and enhances the enterprise the petitive power, does well the high
technology and new technology enterprise investment risk the control to appear especially essential.
In July 2004, the State Council promulgated and implemented the "reform on investment
decision", which indicates the beginning of our management's attention turned more to promote
deeper reform of investment system, which is undoubtedly China's economy to market-oriented
performance, help to promote the further development of China's market economy and improved.
