我国鲜活农产品流通渠道现状、问题和对策

摘要
近年来,随着经济发展以及的日益提高,我提出了更高的要求,特别是与人们日常生活息息相关的如鲜
食的猪、牛、羊、肉、禽、蛋、水产品、蔬菜和水果等鲜活农产品更是为人们
日常生活的首选食品。鲜活农产品流通渠道一手牵着农民的生产,一手牵着市
场的需求,是农民和市场的桥梁。因此鲜活农产品流通渠道畅通、效率与否是
实现供给与消费的平衡、缓解部分产品鲜活农产品卖难问题、增加农民收入以
及保障和提高城镇居民生活质量、促进农村经济发展的重要因素之一。
本文以马克思的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义方法论为指导,通过对农产
品流通理论及流通渠道理论的研读,阐述了我国鲜活农产品流通渠道的历史演
变与现状,并在与美国、日本等发达国家的鲜活农产品流通渠道进行比较的基
础上,进一步系统分析了目前我国鲜活农产品流通渠道存在的问题,并在借鉴
国外鲜活农产品流通的先进经验的基础上,就如何完善我国鲜活农产品流通渠
道,提高流通效率进行了对策研究。

Abstract
In recent years,with economic development and increasing national e levels,Chinese
urban and rural residents on the quality of daily life put forward higher requirements,especially
with people closely related to daily life such as fresh pigs、cattle、sheep、meat、poultry、eggs、
seafood、vegetables and fresh fruits,etc。for fresh agricultural products are the preferred food of
daily life。The Circulation channels of Fresh agricultural products single-handedly led peasant
production,single-handedly led the market demand,are a bridge between farmers and markets。
Thus the flow of fresh agricultural products channels,efficiency or otherwise of implementation are
the balance of supply and consumption to ease the difficulty in selling agricultural products of some
products of live questions and increase their e and to protect and improve the quality of life of
urban residents,and promote rural economic development in one of the important factors 。
Based on Marx's dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology as the
guide,through the circulation of agricultural products and circulation channels theoretical study
theory,expounded the historical evolution and current situation of the circulation channels of fresh
agricultural products in China,and in the United States、 Japan and other developed countries fresh
agricultural products circulatio
