文档介绍:山东财经大学学士学位论文新形势下中低端酒店营销策略摘要改革开放以来我国酒店业得到井喷式的发展,各类酒店雨后春笋般在国内纷纷涌现。随着酒店的整体数量迅速增长,酒店行业内难免鱼龙混杂,良莠不齐。所以本着大浪淘沙,祛除泡沫,回归酒店本质的目的, 2012 年12月政府出台“八项规定”及扫黄打非等政策,众多高端酒店的经营运转在新形势下不可避免的受到冲击。中低端酒店虽然在新形势下也受到影响,但这也将是中低端酒店的机遇。本文将分析中低端酒店如何转变营销策略,实现自身的腾飞。关键字:酒店;八项规定;中低端酒店;营销策略 InT he L ow-end H otel M arketing S trategy U nder T he N ew S ituation Abstract Since the reform and opening up of China's hotel industry development spurt, like bamboo shoots after a spring rain all kinds of hotel in China have emerged. With the rapid growth of overall number of the hotel, the hotel industry is the dragons and fishes jumbled together, uneven, some good and some bad. So in the mighty wave crashing on a sandy shore, get rid of the foam, the nature of the Hotel, in 2012 December, the government introduced the "eight provisions" and pornography and other policies, many high-end hotel business operation in the new situation, the inevitable impact. Although the low-end hotel in the new situation is also affected, but it will also be in the low-end Hotel opportunities.
