河北农村金融支持农村经济增长问题实证研究
摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,金融发展对经济增长具有显著的推动作用。农村金融是指
农村领域内支持农村生产经营活动的金融机构和金融工具的总称。研究表明,农村金融
发展水平与农村经济增长之间存在一种长期稳定均衡关系,农村金融发展水平的提高对
农村经济增长具有促进作用。因此,构建一个良好的农村金融体系,对农村经济改革和
发展具有十分重要的作用;相反,如果农村金融发展不足,将会影响农村经济的健康发
展。
河北省一个农村经济大省,农业和农村经济在全省国民经济中占据十分重要的地
位。本文选择河北省为研究对象,以历年金融经济发展数据为基础,旨在研究河北的农
村金融经济发展水平以及农村金融对农村经济增长的支持作用。文章采用描述性分析和
实证分析的方法,首先分析了河北省农村金融经济发展基本状况,并在此基础上运用金
融发展理论分析了河北农村金融发展水平,最后利用河北的经济数据对农村金融发展对
经济增长的支持作用进行实证检验。研究结果表明,河北农村金融发展与农村经济增长
之间存在一种长期稳定的正相关关系,Granger 因果检验表明河北农村金融发展与农村
经济增长之间互为 Granger 因果关系。实证结果印证了经济增长与金融发展之间是相互
制约、相互促进、相互影响的,经济增长是金融发展的源动力,而金融发展也会对经济
增长产生强烈的反作用,两者必须协调发展,如果农村金融发展被人为地抑制,则必然
对经济增长形成制约和阻止。鉴于河北省农村金融发展水平隐含的政策结论是,加快农
村金融体制改革,提高农村金融发展水平,对农村经济增长具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract
Finance is the core of modern economy, the development of finance has a remarkable
impetus function on economical growth. Rural finance refers the anization and
instrument that supports the production management in the countryside. The research indicate
there is a long-term stable relationship between the development level of rural finance and
economical growth, the enhance of the development of rural finance has a impetus function
on rural economical growth. Therefore, constructing a perfect rural financial system is very
important to the development and reformation of rural economy. On the contrary, a poor rural
financial system will affect the healthy development of rural economy.
Hebei province is a big province of rural economy, agriculture and rural economy take an
important part on its national economy. This paper selects Hebei province as research
objection based on previous years data of the development of finance and economy in order to
research the rural development level of economy and finance and the support function of the
rural development level to rural economical growt
