文档介绍：iy如{7|.f26 ⑧天毕大摹工程硕士学位论文黧墨慵捌姐删I旧蛆删葺翻蚋蠢豳领域:工业工程作者姓名:姜海英指导教师: 商如斌教授企业导师:修春海研究员 2005年12月中文摘要公共基础设施是城市生存和发展的基本条件,也是城市现代化水平的重要指标,城市供水是城市基础设施的重要组成部分。城市水资源的匮乏及城市水资源的开发利用不合理,将制约着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,同时经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高又对城市供水提出了更高的要求。因此,科学地制定城市供水发展规划,已经成为城市可持续发展的关键所在。在广泛收集和查阅资料的基础上,本文首先站在供水发展规划的战略角度阐述了对城市供水发展规划进行研究的必要性。接着介绍了城市水资源理论,济南市目前水资源利用现状,供水现状及存在的问题,根据济南市总体规划采用用水量趋势回归法对济南市20lO及2015年的需水量进行了预测。随后提出了对目前济南市水资源的可用量分析及合理开发利用的设想。最后提出了济南市2010及2015年供水发展规划及供水发展规划实施的战略对策。关键词:城市供水预测方法规划研究战略对策 Abstract Public infrastructure isthe basic condition ofc/tyde’。S also an standard ofcity modernization water supply is one oftheimportant part of city infi'as— city water resourc船and uureasonable city water resources development arerestricting theeconomical development and theenhancement ofthe people's thehigh speed economic development andthe rapidenhancement ofpeople’S liveslevelalso set ahigher request tothesupply ofcity ,scientifically making theplan ofcity water supply development e thekeypoint ofthecity sustainable development. Firstly,this thesis elaborated the necessity of making city water supply development plan Oil thepoint of introduced the city water resources theory、present utilisation situation ofJinan City's water resources,the water supply situationandproblems exiting in Jinan City,then predicted thewater demand of Jinancity in 2010 and 2015 through regression method. On thebaseofanalysing jinan's waterresources,we proposed the tentativeplan of exploiting Jinan city's water resourcesreasonably Finally,proposed Jinancity’S water supply development plan of 2,010 and 2015 and implementation strategic countermeasure.
