文档介绍：山东科技大学学士学位论文 1摘要绿色供应链管理是一种在传统供应链的基础上综合考虑环境影响和资源利用率的现代管理模式。它是环境意识、资源能源的有效利用和供应链的各个环节的交叉融合,是实现绿色制造和企业可持续发展的重要手段,其目的是使整个供应链的资源利用效率最高,对环境的负面影响最小。本文通过企业绿色供应链管理模式在现阶段的发展状况以及国内外的实施经验,分析青岛华世洁环保科技有限公司实施绿色供应链管理的现状、存在的问题及完善公司绿色供应链管理的必要性;根据青岛华世洁环保科技有限公司的特点设计适合自身发展的绿色供应链管理模式,使公司在传统供应链的基础之上借助绿色供应链管理,并且与上下游企业的合作以及企业内部各部门的沟通,从产品设计、材料选择、产品制造、产品销售以及回收的全过程来考虑环境整体效益最优化,已达到对企业环境成本加以控制的目的,从而实现企业及其供应链整体的可持续发展。关键词: 青岛华世洁;可持续发展;供应链管理;绿色供应链华世洁公司绿色供应链管理模式分析 Research ON Green Supply Chain of Hua Shi Jie in Qing Dao Abstract: Green supply chain management isa modern management mode among the traditional supply chains, which prehensive consideration on environmental effects and resources utilization level. It is the crossing and blending of the supply chain, as well as an important means to realize green manufacturing and the sustainable development of enterprises. Its purpose is to realize of the whole supply chain to the max and make the minimum negative influence on the environment . The paper analyzes the present situation and existence questions in Hua Shi Jie though the domestic and foreign implementation experiences in green supply chain in present stage, and show the possibility to consummate the green supply chain in pany. According to the characteristic of pany to design the green supply chain itself . Basing on the product designing, choosing material, manufacturing production, production sale and recycling production, we can achieve the goal to control the environment cost of pany and realize the sustainable development of the whole green supply chain.
