摘要: 基于 PaaS 模式下的电子政务信息系统架构将省级信息系统建成为省级 PaaS 平台, 市、县级信息系统在
遵循统一的数据结构和接口标准的情况下, 通过使用 P aaS 平台提供的服务和接口快速地开发出个性化的政
务信息系统, 实现政务信息有效共享, 还能极大程度地降低系统的开发成本和难度。

Abstract: A provincial level PaaS Planfor m base on the e

framew ork in PaaS model is built. The city and county level infor matio n system s can develop
personality and quickly by using the services and interfaces of the PaaS platform . Not only
the effective of sharing of go ver nm ent inform ation can be achieved, but also the cost and dif
ficulty of the system development can be greatly reduced.
