文档介绍：摘要摘要为贯彻落实党的十七届五中全会、省委八届十一次全会、省委农村工作会议精神,按照共青团中央的相关工作部署,大力推进青年就业创业,团省委决定以促进青年成长成才、创先争优为目标,以提高青年职业技能和创收能力为着力点,在“十二五’’期间联合开展“青春奉献十二五,建功中原经济区"一一河南省青年创业就业计划,通过充分发挥共青团系统组织化和社会化动员优势与农业部门职能优势,动员和服务广大青年为建设中原经济区,开创中原崛起、河南振兴新局面贡献青春智慧。中国共产主义青年团是广大青年在实践中学习共产主义的学校,是中国共产党领导的先进青年的群众组织,是党的助手和后备军,是党联系青年的桥梁和纽带。团区委是区委、区政府领导下,负责全区共青团工作的群众团体组织, 是全区各级团组织的领导机关。本课题结合中原区团委当前的现实状况,从公共管理的角度分析新形势下中原区团委服务青年就业创业的现状出发,指出当前中原区团委要树立以“为青年就业创业服务"为本的理念,因地制宜,制定相关工作方案,分解阶段性工作目标,积极探索具有地方特色的工作模式,切实做好团委参与青年就业创业方面的工作。通过本课题的研究旨在让人们在公共管理视角下更好的认识共青团参与青年就业创业工作的特殊性、复杂性,以便采用更好的方法和措施来解决共青团参与青年就业创业过程中的问题。同时,总结近几年郑州市团委开展工作的成功做法、先进经验,进行宣传报道,树立中原区青年创业就业的优秀典型,纳入青年致富带头人的表彰范围,在全区积极营造关注、支持青年干事创业的良好氛围,建立有效的沟通、督导机制,指导和推动青年就业创业工作,确保中原区青年创业就业计划长期可持续发展。关键词:共青团服务青年就业创业问题研究 Abstract Abstract Inorder toimplement andcarry outthespirit ofthe4thPlenum of the 7th mittee of munist Party,the thPlenum of mittee mittee’S RuralWork thegoal of improving youth’S vocational e-generating capability,with thefocus onpromoting theirgrowth ESS,mittee ofChina’SCommunist Youth League made thedecision tojointly lunch Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Plan of“Dedicate our youth intheTwelfth Five-year andMake contribution toCentralEconomic Zone”during theperiod ofTwelfth Five-year.
