文档介绍：中文摘要历史文化街区作为一种珍贵的不可再生资源,必须对其进行科学整体的保护。同时历史文化街区也具有城市活力,是城市发展中的一部分,不仅需要保护,还需要更新,更需要发展。作为国家历史文化名城,建城600年以来,天津积淀了众多宝贵的历史文化遗产,具有深厚的历史文化底蕴。为了使天津市历史文化街区的特色风貌得到更好的保护,延续城市发展结构, 传承历史文脉,本研究主要关注点为探索适合天津历史街区的保护规划编制体系与方法。力求在对现阶段我国历史文化街区保护规划编制进行研究的基础上,分析并借鉴国内外历史街区保护规划编制的成功经验,结合天津历史文化街区的地域性,在保护天津历史文化遗产的同时,使历史街区适应时代的发展,重新焕发街区活力。全文共分五个章节: 第一章包括本研究课题提出的背景、国内外相关研究概况以及本课题的研究范围、内容、方法与框架。第二章包括国内外历史街区保护规划的相关理论与成功实践经验,分析北京、上海、广州等城市历史街区保护规划的编制体系与研究方法,作为研究基础。第三章包括对我国历史街区保护规划编制体系形成发展过程的回顾,并梳理历史街区保护规划的编制依据,从层次、内容、方法、程序的角度分析我国现阶段历史街区保护规划编制体系的主要构成,结合新形势下历史街区保护规划的关注点与新要求,提出建议构建历史街区保护规划编制体系的新框架。第四章回顾了天津历史文化街区保护与规划的发展历程,在研究天津历史街区地域特点的基础上,重点分析现阶段天津历史街区保护规划编制体系特征。在对比研究的基础上,提出构建完善天津历史街区保护规划编制的新体系,并对其中的编制侧重点与编制方法进行扩充研究。第五章以天津五大道历史街区为例,对其现阶段保护规划进行分析与评述, 结合天津历史街区保护规划编制新体系,提出应完善补充的建议与思考。关键词:历史街区保护规划编制体系编制方法天津五大道 ABSTRACT The historic distrlet must beprotected historicdistrict isalso aPart ofthe activecit)f,it needs notonly tobeprotected,but also tobeupdated and deVelop· As anational ity,Tianj inhas accumulated many precious historical and culturalheritages during the 600years· Inorder toprotect theTianjin historicdistrictbetter,thispaper try toestablish a historic districtplanning system and methods forTianjin which isbased on the analysis of our country’s present historic districtprotection planning system and the essful experience ofothercities’historic districtprotection planning·The article includes fivechapters: Chapter one introduces thestudy background,content,basic theory,method, structure,and practical meaning ofthis article· Chapter two includes theanalysis ofrelevanttheory essful exPe‘1ence 1n historicdistrictprotection planning.
