文档介绍：论文摘要说到谣言,其历史由来已久。它是世界上最古老的传播媒介。随着互联网的迅猛发展,“网络谣言”的出现引起学者越来越多的关注。与单一网络谣言不同的是,突发事件中的网络谣言,是依附于突发事件这一载体而产生的。那么,突发事件中的网络谣言是如何层层传播的?信息传播链中的各方在其中的角色又是如何?针对突发事件中网络谣言的消极影响,又该如何控制呢?本文正是力图在这些方面做一些探讨。本文共分为六个部分展开: 第一章在对本课题相关的中外学界的研究状况、研究成果等进行系统总结的基础上,介绍了本文的研究对象、研究方法等内容。第二章从梳理谣言及网络谣言的定义入手,论证了网络谣言并非一个新生事物,它是谣言在互联网迅猛发展的今天所产生的一种新形式。并就网络谣言的一些独有特征进行了具体分析。第三章参照了突发事件的定义及分类,选取了四个不同类型的突发事件案例进行分析,提出了突发事件中的网络谣言传播流程的四阶段模式说,即“潜伏期——爆发期——变种期——消亡期”。第四章和第五章可以看做一个整体。第四章分析了政府、媒体、民众三者在面对突发事件中的网络谣言所处的不同角色以及作用。第五章是第四章的一个延伸。突发事件中的网络谣言所产生的诸多负面影响,与政府、媒体、民众三者对各自的角色定位认识不清楚无不关系。因此,第五章分别从这三方的角度,对于控制网络谣言提出对策和建议。第六章是对于前面几个章节的总结和概括。并就突发事件中的网络谣言未来发展方向进行了展望和思索。关键词:谣言,突发事件,网络谣言,传播流程,角色分析 ABSTRACT Withregard torumO iStheoldestmedia intheworld.
