基于LEED标准的绿色建筑设计模式研究
摘要
建立完善的绿色建筑评估体系是一个国家推行绿色建筑建设的重要基础。
在我国,绿色建筑评价标准刚刚建立并有待于进一步细化和完善,社会对绿色
建筑的需求快速增加,国内外设计机构也在我国进行了一系列绿色建筑实践。
近年来的建筑设计研究和实践表明,我国传统建筑设计模式已不能适应绿色建
筑的要求,建筑行业急待建立应对绿色设计的新模式,才有可能使我得到快速提高,使我国的绿色建筑事业走上良性规范发展的道路。
本文试图基于 LEED 这个较为成熟的绿色建筑评估体系,建立一套符合我
国国情的绿色建筑设计模式。首先介绍了 LEED 标准的评估内容和认证过程,
重点对它在中国市场中的适用性进行了分析,阐述了借助 LEED 标准改进我国
绿色建筑设计模式的意义。然后分析我国传统建筑设计模式中存在的问题,借
鉴国内外绿色建筑设计的实践经验,进而归纳总结出一套符合我国国情的绿色
建筑设计模式,其核心内容包括设计流程、人员配合以及信息渠道。在对此模
式的进一步研究中,设计了该模式在操作时要用到的工具即设计各阶段的标准
化模板,用于规范设计过程;初步建立了绿色设计信息库,用于绿色建筑设计
模式的后台服务。最后,通过在合肥工业大学绿色建筑研究所项目中对绿色设
计模式的应用过程,对该模式进行了一定程度的验证,并提出了新的问题和建
议。

Green Building Design Practice Based on LEED
ABSTRACT
Of fundamental importance to the ess of sustainable construction in a
nation is to establish an appropriate green building certification program. China has
just started the process in which the newly released green building rating system
needs significant improvement. Driven by the market and stimulated by varies of
governmental incentive programs, architect and consulting firms have designed
many green buildings throughout China. Previous research shows that the
traditional construction procurement process cannot modate the integrated
design practice needed for the delivery of green building design and construction.
This study aims to establish a new procurement process for green building
design in China based on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
This is to be achieved through thoroughly understanding the traditional
procurement process in China and the principles of LEED. Based on the theoretical
study, implementation details have also been developed to allow for easy take-up in
