历史博物馆旅游运营研究——以湖南省博物馆为例

摘要
进入知识经济时代后,文化旅游蓬勃发展。全国 2300 多座博物馆是我
国历史、文化的浓缩,成为吸引游客、特别是吸引异质文化游客的优秀旅
游资源。人们对于博物馆旅游的需求会随着人们文化素质的提高会越来越
强烈。但是我国的历史博物馆旅游在管理体制、宣传陈列、产品开发等方
面存在诸多问题,与世界发达国家利用博物馆旅游获得经济效益和社会效
益双赢相比,我国目前对历史博物馆旅游的开发基本上还处于初级开发利
用的境地。
全篇论文分为 4 个部分,其主要内容是:第一部分主要介绍了国内外
对博物馆旅游运营问题的研究;第二部分主要介绍了博物馆旅游概念及特
点,指出了开展博物馆旅游运营的必要性和可能性以及历史博物馆旅游的
运营原则和基本思路;第三部分介绍了美国、英国、法国等发达国家博物
馆的管理体制,结合中国博物馆运营现状,对中外博物馆的管理进行了比
较,最后指出了国外博物馆管理体制对我国博物馆旅游运营的启示;第四
部分对湖南省博物馆进行了实证研究。首先对它的旅游运营条件进行了分
析,接着总结了其开展旅游运营的成功经验,然后分析了免费开放后省博
物馆开展旅游运营面临的挑战,最后从品牌发展、市场拓展、资本扩张、
人力资源的角度指出了发展博物馆旅游应遵循的发展策略。
虽然博物馆免费开放对博物馆旅游产生了重要影响,但历史博物馆旅
游仍有巨大的发展空间和研究价值。中国博物馆可以通过借鉴发达国家先
进的博物馆旅游管理模式,借助举办特展,开发旅游商品,加强与旅游企
业的合作等方式促进其更好更快地发展。

Abstract
After entering knowledge-based economy, culture-oriented tourism is vigorous.
There are more than 2,300 museums across the country, and they are the
concentration of China’s ancient history, culture and civilization, which have attracted
large numbers of both domestic and foreign tourists. The demand for the visits to the
museums will be more and more intense with the improving level of people’s
education. However a lot of problems exist in the history museum tourism in our
country, such as the management system, the propagation, the display, the product
exploitation and so on. Compared with the museums in the developed countries where
they are fully utilized both in terms of gaining economic benefits and social benefits,
our current history museum tourism exploitation is still in elementary phase.
This paper is divided into 4 parts, which are as follows: The first part mainly
introduces the museum tourism operation in domestic and foreign countries; the
second part mainly introduces the conception and the characteristic of
museum-tourism, points out the necessity and the possibility of museum to carry out
museum-tourism, and also points out
