水性聚氨酯肟类封闭剂的合成与应用

摘要
肟类封闭剂,是近年来用于含羟基树脂中最多的一种交联剂,主要用于封闭
异氰酸酯制备水性聚氨酯,广泛的应用于木材工业,软包装工业,汽车工业,制
鞋工业,塑料工业和建筑工业中。如 MEKO,丙酮肟,苯乙酮肟,2,6-二甲基-4-
庚酮肟分别封闭的 IPDI 等,都可以作为涂料的组分。MEKO 封闭的水可分散性聚
异氰酸酯可用于玻璃纤维中。还有一些水性聚氨酯进行改性后可以做染料,电池,
医学材料等。
本文合成了两系列肟类化合物:它们分别是乙醛肟,丙酮肟,丁酮肟,戊酮
肟,环戊酮肟,环己酮肟与丙酮酸肟、乙醛酸肟、2-氧代环戊乙酸肟,重点研究
了影响丙酮酸肟合成的因素,得到了丙酮酸肟的合成最佳条件。
然后将两系列肟类化合物与HDI进行了封闭实验,讨论了各种肟类化合物封
闭反应的条件。
同时对两系列肟类封闭HDI的化合物进行了辛醇实验,从结果可知前六个化
合物不含有乳化基团,不具有亲水的性质,难以形成乳液,不能单独作为封端剂
使用制成水性的聚氨酯;后三个化合物含有乳化基团,封端后的形成聚氨酯乳液,
但解封温度较高,也不能单独作为封端剂使用。
这两系列肟类封闭HDI的化合物进行乳化实验,从结果可知前六个化合物水
性聚氨酯乳液稳定性差;后三个化合物水性聚氨酯乳液稳定性好。
由于这两系列肟类化合物各有不足,对他们进行复配。重点研究了丙酮酸肟
与丙酮肟及丁酮肟的复配后的异氰酸酯封闭实验和乳化实验。当丙酮肟:丙酮酸
肟为 95:5 的配比时能制成稳定的水性封闭的聚氨酯乳液,辛醇实验测定其解封
温度与丙酮肟相近,有望成为解封温度低的水性聚氨酯固化剂。

Abstact
The oximes for isocyanate masking ,one of the methods of preparing waterborne
polyurethane, has been usually used as across-linker in hydroxy resin in recent years.
From that they can be made as adhesives, coatings, widely used in the timber
industry , The flexible packaging industry, automobile industry, shoe-making industry,
plastic industry and architectural industry. For example, MEKO, acetone oxime,
acetophenone oxime, 2, 6-dimethyl-4-heptylketoxime,the blocking agents of IPDI, all
can be used as ponents of coatings. And in glass fibers masked water
dispersing-ployisocyanate by MEKO can be used. There are also some kinds of
waterborne polyurethane can be modified to be the dyestuff, batteries, medical
materials, etc.
This article prepared two series of pounds: acetaldoxime, acetone
oxime, butanone oxime, pentanone oxime, cyclopentanone oxime, cyclohexanone
oxime and pyruvate oxime, glyoxylate oxime, 2-oxocyclopentane acetic acid oxime.
It is focused on the impact factors of pyruvate oxime to get the best reaction
conditions.
