International Relationship is the important factor that influence inbound tourism, and Coastal provinces and cities are the main inbound tourism destination of china, therefore, it is very important to research the impact on inbound tourism of china ’s coastal provinces and cities from international relations. Taking coastal provinces and cities of china as the range of study and china ’ s international relations including China-South Korea relations, Sino-Japanese relationship, Sino-. Relation and Sino-Russian relations as the breakthrough point, based on Matthews Theory and Tourism Background Line Theory, building the model of Background line of Tourist traffic and Quarter-on-Quarter Growth, and based on the conceot of Background Anomaly, qualitatively and quantitatively measure the impact of events of International Relations on the inbound tourism of coastal provinces and cities of china, and make a conclusion to the regular . The main research content is as follows: (1) Analysis of the current situation, advantage and tourism market of inbound tourism of coastal provinces and cities of china.
